Our roots run deep in the sacred soil of the Big Island, and our hearts are firmly anchored in our Christian faith. In the islands, we understand that everything we create and share is a reflection of kuleana (responsibility) and stewardship. Our mission is to honor the Creator and our ancestors by bringing you purposeful, high-quality items that carry a deeper meaning.

Because we walk in honesty, grace, and righteousness (pono), we want to ensure your experience with us is grounded in mutual respect. Below are the guidelines for our products, damages, and returns.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to truly cherish what you ordered. If an item isn't the right fit, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To honor our craftsmanship and keep our inventory sustainable, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unwashed: The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

  • Packaging & Tags: It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Note: Sale items or special cultural/faith-based collection releases may be final sale.

2. Damaged Items upon Delivery (24-Hour Notice)

We inspect every single item with care before it leaves our shores, but we know the journey across the ocean can sometimes be rough.

⚠️ Important: If any of your items are damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package from the mail. Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can correct this for you immediately.

3. Communication and Response Time

As a faith-centered, family-rooted business on the Big Island, we pour intentional time and care into every message we receive.
